The Great Hall

К концу 2022 года был добавлен Большой зал.

Открылась новая дверь, ведущая из холла в зал для торжеств. Обставлять зал было несложно, поскольку в оригинальной игре не так много деталей. Однако статуи животных, символизирующих дома школы, стали испытанием, ведь никто ранее не работал с анатомией животных. Собственно, можно убедиться, что не всё вышло гладко, а кое-где вообще не вышло.

Довольно трудной задачей стало найти похожий рисунок, красующийся на кресле директора школы. Дракон, обвивающий солнце и пожирающий луну, не слишком редкое культурное явление. Средневековые рисунки были близки, но недостаточно, поэтому мы отказались от полного перенесения и оставили только солнце и луну.

Под потолком появились банты и ленты, выкрашенные в цвета домов, будто Большой зал украсили для какого-то празднества. Но этого показалось мало, и мы добавили четырёхцветную ленту и баннер с гербом школы, чтобы композиция была единой. Кстати, все украшения и баннеры колыхаются на ветру, чтобы всё смотрелось более реалистично.

By the end of 2022, the Great Hall was added.

A new door opened, leading from the entrance hall to the Great hall for celebrations. It was not difficult to furnish the hall, because there are not so many details in the original game. However, the statues of animals symbolizing the houses of the school became a test, because no one had previously worked with animal anatomy. Actually, you can make sure that not everything went smoothly, and in some places it didn't work out at all.

It was quite a difficult task to find a similar drawing on the chair of the headmaster. A dragon wrapping around the sun and devouring the moon is not too rare cultural phenomenon. The medieval drawings were close, but not enough, so we refused to completely transfer and left only the sun and the moon.

Bows and ribbons appeared under the ceiling, painted in the colors of houses, as if the Great Hall was decorated for some kind of celebration. But it didn't seem enough, and we added a four-color ribbon and a banner with the emblem of Hogwarts so that the composition was unified. By the way, all the decorations and banners are swaying in the wind to make everything look more realistic.
